Log peeling machine and disc chipper assembly line is widely used in paper mill to produce uniform wood chips for making paper pulp. The debarking rate is up to 95% and the output chips is uniform and elegant.
Characteristics: It is a new type of high efficiency log debarking equipment. The rotor has ladder type debarking teeth. Its special acting force makes logs do circulatory motion, rotational motion and irregular bounce in the debarking chamber. It is featured by the following: 1) Open silo, assembly line work by feeding from one end and discharging from the other end, high work efficiency. 2) Due to strike of teeth, logs do circulatory motion and rotational motion, debarking rate is high. 3) Apply to all kinds of wood with different diameter, length and shape, even bent logs. 4) As the large main frame holds still, so low energy consumption, low failure rate, easy maintenance, low vibration and noise.
